Gary, just to let you know, the book has arrived and it’s fantastic. The difficulty is that I want to read through it cover to cover, but it’s so immaculate that I get palpitations if I handle the pages. Should of seen me snap at my 12yr old son when he casually walked over and started flicking through (NO,O,O,O,O,O,O,O,…!) I have to read it though, but it may take some time.
